The Strane Innovation Group’s mission is to create, develop, and market virtuous innovations for the environment and society. As a non-profit company, Strane Innovation aims to have an impact on the world.
Strane Innovation is specialized in 4 areas of sustainable development:

Strane Innovation is involved in 22 EU projects mainly as WP leader of exploitation and business research. Strane Innovation can create a powerful impact by creating project spinoffs; it also works on business and value chain issues in complement to the technical activities in the consortium to ensure a maximum project impact.

Role in the project

More specifically, in the AI-TranspWood project, Strane Innovation is involved in the following activities.
WP11: DEMO USE CASES (Task 11.6: Safe and Sustainable by Design guidelines for use cases), WP12: SSBD, LCA AND CIRCULARITY ASSESSMENT (Task 12.3:  Circularity and end of life assessment), WP13: DISSEMINATION, COMMUNICATION and EXPLOITATION (1st reporting period (Task 13.3: Review of market potentialities and strategies associated and Exploitation plan; Task 13.4: Market evaluation) 
Strane innovation is also Work Package Leader for WP15: EXPLOITATION, BUSINESS MODELS and OPEN-SOURCE TOOLS (2nd reporting period) (Task 15.1: Techno-economic evaluation of the outputs; Task 15.2: IPR Management; Task 15.3: Exploitation strategy, Business models and roadmap to commercialization)
