Second Consortium Meeting in Sassari at UNISS

After a successful first meeting in Espoo, Finland, the second AI-TranspWood consortium meeting took place on September 17th and 18th, in Sassari, Italy! Hosted by the University of Sassari, the meeting focused on reviewing the project's progress and planning the next steps in our mission to develop and implement the activities of AI-TranspWood project.

It was a fruitful meeting, with plenty of ideas and brainstorming, suitable for continuing the planned research activities. In particular, numerous topics from the manufacturing of transparent wood to its AI-driven multiscale modeling in the context of a Safe and Sustainable by Design methodology were presented and discussed.

The next Consortium will be organised by the TU Wien and will be in Vienna, Austria, on March 2025.
